I recently stayed at the Ascot Hotel in Copenhagen and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a much higher standard. The whole stay was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is stylish and well-maintained. The atmosphere is cozy yet elegant, and every staff member I met was genuinely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is also fantastic — it’s right in the city centre, within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and the main sights of Copenhagen. It was so convenient to explore the city on foot and come back to such a comfortable hotel. I felt truly taken care of and could really relax and enjoy my time in Copenhagen. I highly recommend the Ascot Hotel to anyone looking for great service, high standards, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the city!

My room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just next to Tivoli Gardens and the train station, and only a short walk to the city center and the Nyhavn area. It made exploring Copenhagen so convenient. One of the great perks was their bike rental offer, which I took advantage of. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen. Highly recommended!

1.the location, close to all points of interest( the furthest is Nyhaven, 25 minutes walk,but the metro station is a 5-minute walk away) but at the same time secluded 2.the reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful 3.perfect cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, the elegance of the reception and the bar, the size of the room and the bathroom (we had the standard superior room with a balcony),soundproof, but anyway all rooms with balconies have a view of a very quiet inner courtyard
